Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,858 per week

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Birmingham, Alabama.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a schedule of 12-hour day shifts (06:30 - 19:00). Hours per week are 36, with 48 hours available. On-call requirement is included for overnight vascular OR cases called in directly by the operating room.

Specialty focus includes vascular surgical support (AAA repairs, bypasses, stent placements), hybrid OR suites, and dedicated vascular operating rooms. Responsibilities involve assisting in 2 hybrid ORs and operating C-Arms for vascular cases, including retrieving implants and running fluoroscopy equipment while scrub techs and nurses manage sterile fields.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology (IR) technologist experience
• Prior main OR background and comfort working inside a surgical environment
• ARRT certification (VI certification is a plus)
