About the role
Medasource is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Savannah, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture images during procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
- Ensure sterile technique and safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Experience in interventional radiology or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized educational program in radiologic technology.
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Skills
- Proficiency with interventional radiology equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The actual pay will be based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. A tax-free stipend amount will be determined.
