About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Urbana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast agents
- Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Ensure sterile technique during procedures to prevent infection
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Experience in interventional radiology procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Be available to start immediately

Pay
