Qualifications
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted. Former employees of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum of 18 months separation is required. RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days. Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and consecutive RTO days during the holiday period are unlikely to be approved.
