About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026. The position is 8A-4P, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of interventional procedures.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with medical software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
