About the role
HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026. The position is 8A-4P, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
- Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of interventional procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
- Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with medical software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
