Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,638 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media
• Operate equipment and monitor patient responses during procedures
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Current state license
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology
• Pass a background check and drug screening

• Proficient in operating interventional radiology equipment

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
