About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Interventional Radiology Technologists for contract assignments at partnering hospitals in Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure
• Operate equipment to capture images and record data accurately
• Document patient information and results in medical records
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety

Requirements

• Graduate of an X-ray technician program accredited by JRCERT or ARRT
• Certification from ARRT
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• 2-3 years of prior IR experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an X-ray technician program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or another accrediting agency approved by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• 2-3 years of prior IR experience

Pay

$2,180 - $2,346 per week* for 13-week contract with possibility to extend

Schedule

40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts
