About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Casper, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist in the planning and execution of interventional procedures using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
- Operate equipment such as ultrasound, CT, and MRI machines to assist in diagnostic imaging.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Wyoming.
- Experience in performing interventional procedures and diagnostic imaging.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Completion of an accredited interventional radiology technology program.
- Current certification in interventional radiology technology.
