Travel Interventional Radiology Technician - $3,439 per week

Alexandria, Virginia is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying sterile drapes.
• Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy machines and imaging devices.
• Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report any changes to the physician.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical instruments and supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in interventional radiology.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
