• BLS, ARRT RT, ARRT VI, WI Radiographer License required.
• Shift: 9 hours x 4 days per week (0730-1700).
• Call: 1-2 days per week and every 3rd weekend; includes holidays, at least two during the contract.
• Experience: 3 years IR preferred, Neuro IR experience highly preferred, travel experience.
• Skills: EPIC; may need to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles.
• Credentials: License/Certificate Verification required for submission.
• Onboarding Requirements: Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation, Ascension Badge Photo, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Health Statement, Driver's License/State ID, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension Skills Checklist, Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment, Ascension Employment Verification.
