Travel Interventional Radiology Technician - $3,088 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will provide care under the supervision of an interventional radiologist. Responsibilities include assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using imaging guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using imaging guidance
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Operate imaging equipment
• Document patient information accurately
• Ensure sterile field is maintained
• Communicate effectively with interventional radiologists and other healthcare team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Experience in interventional radiology preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
