Travel Interventional Radiology Technician - $3,085 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Mequon, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
• Operate equipment such as fluoroscopy machines and ultrasound devices.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
• Ensure sterile technique during procedures to prevent infection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in interventional radiology procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are from 07:00:00 to 17:00:00 daily.
