Travel Interventional Radiology Technician - $2,648 per week

About the role

Medasource is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture accurate images during procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure sterile technique and follow infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Knowledge of imaging modalities and their applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Pay

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The actual pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
