Travel Interventional Radiology Tech - $3,192 per week

About the role

Malone Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position starting September 28, 2026, for 13 weeks. This role requires 40 hours per week, specifically 10-hour shifts from 7a-5:30p, Monday through Friday. The position is a shift-based role with an average of 10 days of call coverage per month, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Outpatient, Inpatient, and Adult ICU environments
• Use and deploy pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, Snare Kits, injector systems (preferably ACIST), and Epic
• Perform procedures such as angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephogram, peripheral procedures, biopsies, drainages, vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, Abd and Pelvis, and upper/lower extremity
• Operate PACS, C-Arm, Contrast, and Biopsy equipment
• Float within scope to meet facility needs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in interventional radiology technology
• First-time candidates are accepted
• No local candidates will be considered
• Must have BLS certification and ARRT certification
• Must be able to use and deploy pushable/detachable coils, micro catheters, micro wires, Snare Kits, injector systems, and Epic
• Must have experience with various imaging modalities and procedural techniques
