Travel Interventional Radiology Tech - $3,160 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract position in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the IR team during diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures.
• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts as per physician specifications.
• Absorb and pass instruments and catheters, monitor patient response, maintain sterile field, and interpret diagnostic data.
• Maintain compliance with technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
