Travel Interventional Radiology Tech - $2,686 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Cardiac Interventional Radiology position requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Interventional Radiology unit within a cardiac IR setting
• 5x8 hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• On‑call requirement of 1‑2 nights per week and every 6th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Must report to the lab within 24 hours of signing the contract
• Attendance policy: more than two missed shifts per 13‑week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
• Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation pass/fail tests administered on the first day of orientation (one attempt to pass)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
• ARRT R, BLS, and ACLS (SCRQSA) certifications required
• State license required if applicable; pending state license accepted but must be obtained prior to starting
• Recent Epic experience preferred but not required
• Prior travel experience required; first‑time travelers accepted

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
