Travel Interventional Radiology RN - $2,715 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a 13-week contract position in Columbia, South Carolina. This role involves working as a Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist in a Level 1 Trauma Center, providing advanced imaging technology for interventional procedures.

Schedule

• 13-week contract starting 09/14/2026
• 40 hours per week, Day shift (5x8 hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday)
• Varied shifts starting from 7 AM to 9 AM
• Weekends supported by a rotating on-call system among 6 to 8 staff members

Responsibilities

• Perform neuro interventional procedures including stroke thrombectomy and aneurysm coiling
• Assist in patient positioning and prepare necessary equipment for procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, and radiology
• Document patient care accurately within the Epic charting system

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of neuro interventional experience
• Experience with procedures such as stroke thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, aneurysm stenting, AVM embolization, and carotid stenting
• Preferred certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI*, BLS, SC Radiography State License
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
