Travel Interventional Radiology RN - $2,664 per week

About the role

Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment providing specialized patient care to adult inpatient and outpatients undergoing interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image-guided procedures. This role encompasses preparing patients, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery including PACU and extended stay (23-hour). The Interventional Radiology team plays a critical role in the embolization response for trauma patients. The IR RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. The position starts on 10/26/2026 for a duration of 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for procedures
• Intra-procedure monitoring
• Post-procedure recovery, including PACU and extended stay (up to 23 hours)
• Participating in the embolization response for trauma patients
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• ACLS (AHA) Certification

Qualifications

• Telemetry experience
• 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology experience
