About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Assisting providers with diagnostic and interventional radiology, cardiology, and vascular procedures
- Scrubbing and circulating for IR, Cath Lab, and cardiology cases
- Urgent and emergent cardiology and IR procedures are expected
- Medication administration is performed by the RN only
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Cath Lab / IR experience required
- IR experience is required; approximately 90% of the caseload is IR
- Current ACLS and BLS required
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- Ability to work with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Two professional manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred

- Preferred certifications include ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, and RCIS with medication experience
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
