About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 5, 2026, in Salisbury, North Carolina. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and includes benefits such as holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including IV insertion and administration of contrast media.
- Operate equipment and monitor patient vitals during procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist preferred, but exceptional candidates with a strong passion may be considered.
- Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist preferred, but exceptional candidates with a strong passion may be considered.

Pay and Schedule
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly direct deposit ensures timely access to earnings.
