Responsibilities

• Plan and administer speech language pathology services, including evaluation, treatment, and education programs to restore speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Provide patient care and perform administrative duties.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Supervise clinical staff, students, and volunteers in accordance with ASHA guidelines.
• Engage in professional development and demonstrate competency in assigned areas.

Requirements

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Current Texas Speech‑Language Pathologist license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year required.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

5 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
