Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Certifications include CCC certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, Oklahoma State License.
- Education requirements include a degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active ASHA membership.
- Minimum of one year of experience in speech-language pathology, specifically in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings.
- Able to effectively screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing issues.
- Experience with standardized assessments, evidence-based practice, and documentation in electronic health record systems.
- Able to supervise and support student or CFY Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Compliance with ASHA and state practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics.
- New graduates with Level II experience are welcome to apply.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
