About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a position in Madison, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Perform routine patient assessments and treatments as directed by physician orders.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing techniques and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
