About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Salem, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines
- Assist with physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
- RN with at least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation
- 6 months of allied health experience
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current state RN license
- Appropriate certifications and licensure for the specific position
