Travel Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist - $2,460 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract position in John Day, Oregon. The client requires a therapist to provide services at home-based outpatient and inpatient/swing facilities during the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in computer software and electronic medical records systems

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
