Travel Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab - $2,525 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week hospital contract in Charleston, WV, starting 10/26/2026. The position is 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour day shift (07:30‑16:00). You will provide occupational therapy services to patients in a medical rehabilitation unit within a trauma hospital, collaborating with PT, SLP, and other healthcare professionals, conducting treatments in a dedicated OT gym, documenting progress in Cerner, and focusing primarily on stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a medical rehabilitation unit within a trauma hospital.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, SLP, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct treatments in a dedicated OT gym with a variety of technology and resources.
• Document patient progress using the Cerner system.
• Address the needs of primarily stroke patients, ensuring high‑quality care and effective therapy outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Willingness to work one Saturday per month for 4 hours.
• Pending West Virginia state license accepted (must have license to practice in WV).

Pay

Pay range: $2,415.80 – $2,536.59 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week).
