Travel Inpatient Physical Therapist - $2,550 per week

About the role

Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP) providing comprehensive therapy services to hospital inpatients, including assessment, treatment planning, discharge coordination, and supervision of students, assistants, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Perform diagnostic evaluations
• Participate in patient and family conferences
• Engage in discharge planning and departmental activities
• Support departmental operations
• Adhere to documentation standards
• Contribute to quality improvement and research activities
• Participate in clinical orientation, departmental meetings, and community resource referrals
• Support organizational values and departmental productivity standards
• Provide inpatient physical therapy services tailored to patient needs
• Supervise therapy students, assistants, and volunteers
• Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Participate in departmental meetings and community programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensed in New Mexico
• At least 3 years of experience
• BLS certification required
