• Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CURRENT Allied license (if applicable)
• 0 or more years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation therapy

Special Requirements

• Max of one job per submittal
• Candidates must include responses regarding previous employment at Providence facilities
• References covering 6 months for CNAs or 1 year for RNs in the last 3 years
• Flexibility to float between facilities
• Compliance documentation due Monday prior to start
• Response to candidate questions about prior Providence experience required
• No call-in unless scheduled
• Completion of modules prior to start

Pay Package

Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
