Travel Inpatient Physical Therapist - $2,330 per week
Job Summary
Inpatient Physical Therapist (PT IP) position in a healthcare facility, providing specialized therapy services to acute, rehabilitative, and sub-acute patient populations. The role involves working both inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on patients with diverse conditions such as spinal cord injuries, strokes, and brain injuries, among others.
Responsibilities
- Working in general inpatient, rehab, OR sub-acute, and outpatient clinics
- Covering a variety of patient diagnoses such as orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and lymphedema
- Preparing for weekend and holiday coverage, participating in a rotation with permanent staff
- Providing inpatient coverage in general medical, surgical, bariatrics, ICU, and cardiac units
- Outpatient coverage in clinics focused on orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, pediatrics, and lymphedema programs
- Assisting with swallow studies and specialized therapy services, with preferred experience in swallow therapy for occupational therapy
- Flexibility to cover various units and locations depending on department needs
Requirements
- BLS Certification
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferable experience in swallow therapy for occupational therapy
Qualifications
- No specific degree required beyond licensure
- Qualified to work in inpatient or outpatient settings as required

Pay & Schedule
- Pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
