About the Role
Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Show Low, Arizona. This is a 13-week travel position starting on 09/07/2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services as assigned.
- Work in alignment with the facility’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Ability to travel and work on short-term assignments.

Pay
