American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience and BLS certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Show Low, Arizona. This home health care setting uses Allscripts EMR and follows a Level 3 trauma designation. The facility provides 8 hours of orientation and allows up to 3 shift cancellations per 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services in accordance with the assignment details
• Adhere to a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
• Document patient care using Allscripts EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Crisis Protocol Approved certification
• Active state license, if applicable

Pay
