This role involves providing pharmaceutical services within a healthcare organization, ensuring medication safety, efficiency, and effective patient care. The pharmacist will collaborate with clinical staff to support medication management and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintains proper drug inventory, oversees medication procurement, ensures accurate preparation and dispensing of medications, maintains medication records, and participates in quality assurance activities related to drug utilization and effectiveness.
- Supports medication reconciliation and provides discharge counseling to patients and families.
Requirements
- Current State licensure required
- Successful completion of all educational requirements mandated for state licensure
- EPIC Experience
- Minimum Two (2) Years of Recent Hospital Experience

- Experience in antimicrobial stewardship
- Pharmacokinetic dosing management/monitoring
- Anticoagulation dosing management/monitoring
