Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license as an OT
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for OT
- At least 2 years of recent OT experience
- Current Resume
- 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
