Travel Industry Sales Manager

About the Role

The Corporate and Travel Industry Sales Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a key contributor to the Commercial Division. In this role, you will handle the development and implementation of strategic plans to positively affect the leisure, wholesale, and business travel segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the luxury agency landscape and local destination, as well as a commitment to creative and elevated service. As a champion of the Four Seasons brand, you will serve as an ambassador to a variety of clients, B2B partners, and internal stakeholders while creatively and passionately building new business through prospecting and account penetration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the leisure, wholesale, and business travel segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, B2B partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Prospect and penetrate accounts to drive new business.
• Communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
• Manage complex and time-sensitive stays for a discerning clientele.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

• College degree preferred; high school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably selling the New England destination.
• Proven sales success and deep relationships in the luxury travel sector; over tEMEA experience (specifically Gulf Region) preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in virtual settings.
• Exceptional English communication required; multilingual candidates with Arabic preferred.
• Strong personal presence and confidence to represent the world’s leading luxury hotel brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, Salesforce, and budgetary analysis.

Pay

Salary Range: $95,516 - $103,810
