Travel IMU / Stepdown RN - $3,292 per week

We’re currently looking for a Stepdown/IMC/PCU | RN - Registered Nurse for a Hospital contract in Wheeling, WV. Start date: 11/02/2026; assignment length: 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMU) with a patient ratio of 1:4, typically 1:5 or 1:6.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips, including strips from Nihon Kohden monitors.
• Titrate drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Labetolol, Nitro, and Heparin.
• Occasionally administer Lasix.
• Manage respiratory equipment, including High Flow and Bipap devices.
• Float into different units as needed, maintaining ratios up to 1:6 or 1:7 in MedSurg.

Pay

Pay range: $3,149.88 – $3,307.37 (based on 12‑hour shifts, 48 hours per week; tax‑free stipend to be determined).

Schedule

12‑hour shifts; must be on the unit ready to go by 6:45 am/pm; shifts run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; 48 hours per week.
