About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide stepdown care to patients recovering from acute medical conditions
- Assist with routine patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in Intermediate Medical Care
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in West Virginia
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pass a background check
