Travel IMCU Registered Nurse - $2,540 per week
About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intermediate Care Unit in Farmington, Connecticut. The position involves delivering high-quality care in a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) setting, focusing on strong IMC experience. The role requires working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotations including every other weekend and holidays as needed.
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
- 36 hours per week minimum
- Rotations on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays
- Mandatory additional hours on an as-needed basis within the unit
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
- Float or be reassigned to different departments or facilities within 30 miles, within clinical competence
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Epic electronic medical records experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience in high-acuity IMCU settings with a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
