Travel IMC Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurse - $2,193 per week
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Stepdown/PCU to provide high-quality care for patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cardiac patients and utilizing various protocols and treatments, including CIWA, pacemakers, and cardiac drips.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and titrate cardiac drips as per physician's orders.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and progress in the electronic health record (Cerner).
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of Stepdown/PCU nursing experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- Comfortable with cardiac monitoring and managing cardiac drips.
- Able to read and interpret telemetry strips and understand cardiac rhythms.

Schedule / Shift
12-hour nights with weekends as scheduled.
Pay & Schedule
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
