Travel IMC RN - $2,369 per week

About the Role

Travel nursing position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a 24-bed unit in Marquette, Michigan. This assignment is for 13 weeks starting 08/31/2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

• Patient ratios: 1:3 for IMCU
• Equipment used: Baxter IV pumps, Omnicell, Prisma Flex CRRT, Impella, IABP, EVDs, bolt monitoring, vents, BiPAP, high flow oxygen
• EHR system: Cerner
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend hours: every other weekend
• No scheduled call, but may be placed on call if unit census drops
• Floating is done on a rotation with travel nurses; must be willing to float

Responsibilities

Care for patients with the following common diagnoses and treatments:

• Post-open heart
• Heart failure
• Respiratory failure
• Trauma
• Surgical ICU
• Post-stroke with lytics
• Post-craniotomy

Requirements

• 2 years of PCU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
• Preferred experience: CVICU, Neuro ICU, organ donation, pediatric DKA
