Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in the intermediate care unit.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
