VyTalent Solutions is seeking an Intermediate Care Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in Columbia, South Carolina.

About the Role

This is a 13-week travel contract at a hospital, offering an opportunity to provide comprehensive care for adult patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients including trauma, medical, surgical, and neurology cases requiring monitoring or interventions every 1-2 hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias and telemetry during shifts
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive medications as needed to stabilize patients
• Operate and troubleshoot special equipment such as Hercules patient re-positioners, ceiling lifts, and Airtaps
• Float to other units or campuses as required, ensuring competency and qualifications are met

Requirements

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification

Pay

Pay range: $1,924.17 - $2,020.38 per week

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 19:00 - 07:30
• 36 hours per week
