Responsibilities
- Providing high-acuity bedside care to critically ill patients
- Managing ventilators and infusion drips
- Responding promptly to patient status changes
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Following facility protocols and documenting care accurately in the EMR
Key duties: Deliver exceptional patient care, ensure accurate documentation, comply with protocols, and work collaboratively to support patient recovery in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in ICU nursing and critical care
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of ventilator management and infusion therapy
