- Document patient information accurately and follow ICU protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in intensive care nursing, with the ability to handle high-acuity situations
- Proficiency in managing ventilators and IV drips
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
