Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients
- Manage complex patient conditions with continuous assessment
- Administer medications and manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Educate patients and their families about care plans
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license with ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
