Travel ICU RN - $2,690 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU assignment in Kingwood, West Virginia. The assignment starts October 19, 2026, lasts approximately 13 weeks (13.14 weeks noted), and involves 12‑hour day shifts totaling 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult and geriatric patients in an ICU setting.
• Manage an average daily census of approximately 0.2 patients.
• Utilize charting systems; experience with CPSI and Cerner is preferred.
• Complete required online modules (2‑6 hours) prior to the start date.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in ICU settings.
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Licensure: West Virginia (WV) or compact license required; pending license accepted for submission.
• Submission requirements:
  • Minimum two manager/charge references from the past 2 years.
  • RN license verification pulled within 2 days of submission.
  • COVID‑19 vaccine status included in the submittal packet.
  • Copy of all required certifications included in the submittal packet.
• Travel experience is not required.
• Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from last permanent employment before returning as a traveler.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required) must be through the American Heart Association.
• Candidates must have a permanent address ≥100 miles from the facility; those 75‑100 miles may be considered case‑by‑case.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience: previous charge experience.
• Preferred certification: CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse).
• Preferred charting system experience: CPSI and Cerner.
