Travel ICU RN - $2,264 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU position in Albany, New York. The role focuses on trauma, surgical, and neurological intensive care patients, with a start date of October 19, 2026, a 13‑week duration, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), and is a travel employment type.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the intensive care unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological patients.
• Trauma Level One experience required.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Previous travel experience is mandatory.
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission.
