Travel ICU RN - $2,012 per week

About the role

At Select Specialty Hospital, our goal is to help patients with medically complex conditions continue their recovery so they can regain their quality of life. Physician-led, multidisciplinary care teams support that recovery by developing a customized treatment plan that helps patients breathe, eat, walk, talk and think again. This is a travel nursing position for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients with medically complex conditions in a long-term acute care setting
• Titrate critical drips (Dopamine and typical ICU drips)
• Manage ventilators and trachs
• Care for patients with an average length of stay of 28 days
• Work in the Critical Illness Unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 (typically kept to 1:4)

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ICU or LTAC ICU experience
• Vent and trach experience
• ACLS and BLS certification required by start date
• DOB required for submission
• 1 reference in entire work history

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week duration

Pay

Pay rate: $1,961.00 – $2,062.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
