Travel ICU RN - $2,004 per week

About the Role

We’re seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU - Intensive Care Unit position in Americus, Georgia. This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, and travel employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing in a CCU/ICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio.
• Manage patients with common diagnoses such as Sepsis, Pneumonia, COPD, CHF, and PE.
• Administer drips including Levophed, Diprivan, Epinephrine, Cardizem, and Dopamine.
• Collaborate with Tele/Monitor Techs and Respiratory Therapists (vents managed by RTs).
• Float to other units within the acute care division (Emergency Care or Acute Care) if competent.

Requirements

• Active GA RN license or an eNLC Compact Multistate RN License.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with EMR: Upgraded Mouse-driven version of Meditech.
• Hospitalist or Intensivist in-house 24/7 for support.

Pay

Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time of posting. Exact pay may vary based on guaranteed hours, travel distance, and customizations for travelers. Pay package includes tax-free stipend (amount to be determined) for 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
