AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU assignment at UnityPoint - St. Luke's Downtown in Sioux City, Iowa. Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Collaborate with other health‑care team members.
• Offer leadership in a dynamic critical‑care environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license (compact accepted).
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care experience.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and communication.
• Required certifications: ACLS (copy needed), BLS (copy needed), PALS (copy needed).
• SSN and date of birth required.
• One professional reference from the last 24 months.
• Proof of flu and COVID‑19 vaccination (medical or religious exemptions accepted).
• Ability to float as needed within skill set.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Qualifications

• Prior ICU nursing experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to participate in unit‑based shared leadership activities aimed at improving care.

Pay

Pay rate: $1,887.00 – $1,984.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12‑hour nights, 36 hours per week. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks.
