Travel ICU RN - $1,890 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) position in Tyler, Texas. The assignment starts on November 3, 2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on day shifts (three 12‑hour shifts, 07:00–19:00). Employment type is travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical‑Surgical ICU setting.
• Manage multiple patients and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting relevant data to make clinical decisions.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with various teams for holistic patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting (preferred).
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
• Experience with Epic charting preferred.
